Return & Exchange Policy

At CyberCharms, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Returns must be approved in advance via email.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@CyberCharms.org with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

Need to exchange for a different size or style? We’re happy to assist.

  • If you are willing to cover the shipping cost, we can resend a new item once we receive your return.

  • Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.


💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


📌 Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method for returns.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
